THE below FAQs have been produced to help supporters who have questions about the club’s online video streaming service, QPR+.
QPR+ will be live streaming all of Rangers’ league games until further notice and these FAQs will help you to understand who can watch each game and what steps you must take to be able to access them.

Who can watch Saturday match against West Bromwich Albion (January 15th 2022) live on QPR+?
All overseas R's fans can purchase a live stream match pass for Saturday's Sky Bet Championship fixture against West Brom in W12.

Where can I buy a match pass from?

Please note, you will NOT receive a voucher when you buy a match pass. The match pass will automatically link to the QPR Account that you purchase it on, so please make a note of the email address that you use to login.

Will I receive a voucher to activate when I purchase a match pass?
No. As stated above, when you buy a match pass for QPR+ it will automatically link to the account that you purchased it on. On matchday, simply login to that same account and the stream will play for you.
I have purchased a match pass for the West Brom fixture but I cannot find the link to watch the game on that QPR+ page. What should I do?
That QPR+ page is for purchasing match passes only. The link you will need to watch the match is this one: https://www.qpr.co.uk/videos/live/live-matches
Alternatively, you can download the new QPR App and watch the game there.
When I purchase a match pass, do I need to make sure that I log back into the same account on Saturday to watch the game?
Yes. If you have multiple QPR Accounts, you should make a note of the email address that you use to login and buy your match pass. You MUST log into the same account on Saturday in order to watch as the match pass will be linked to that email address.
I have seen that QPR have launched a new app. Can I watch Saturday's game on the old app or will I have to download the new one?
All fans who wish to watch live games via an app MUST download the club’s new app. The previous app is no longer operational.

Creating/logging into a QPR Club Account
What is a QPR Club Account?
A QPR Club Account enables you to log into www.qpr.co.uk to access selected content on the QPR website, including the QPR+ streaming service.
How do I create a QPR Club Account?
Do I need to create a new QPR Club Account for live streaming or can I use an existing one?
No, if you regularly log into the QPR website then you can use your normal credentials to login.
How will I know if I already have a QPR Club Account?
After filling in your details on the registration page and pressing ‘Continue’ you will receive a red error message that says, ‘A QPR Account registered to that email address already exists’.
I know I have a QPR Club Account but I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
When logging in, there is an option to select ‘Forgotten Password?’. Click this, insert your email address and press ‘Continue’ and follow the steps to create a new password. Please note, the reset password email may filter into your junk folder.
I don’t have an email address, what can I do?
Unfortunately, in order to create a QPR Club Account and access QPR+ you need an email address. Supporters can use the details of a relative or friend to create an account if required.
Purchasing match passes
What is a QPR+ match pass?
A QPR+ match pass grants you access to the club’s live streaming service for one selected game. This means that you can watch the match live on your computer, tablet or mobile.
Where can I purchase match passes from?
Match passes are sold exclusively through the QPR website. You can browse the current available match passes by clicking HERE.
How much are QPR+ match passes?
Match passes are priced at £10 per match for supporters both overseas and in the UK and Ireland (midweek only). These prices are dictated by the EFL.
When are match passes on sale from?
Match passes go on sale seven to 10 days before a fixture is due to be played.
Can I buy passes for multiple fixtures in one bundle/transaction?
No, QPR+ match passes have to be purchased separately due to EFL rules.
Why aren’t match passes for all of our fixtures on sale now?
Match passes will be placed on sale as and when the club are informed that they have not been selected for live coverage by Sky Sports on a particular date.
If QPR are selected for live coverage by Sky Sports, we cannot sell QPR+ match passes due to EFL regulations.
Do I have to activate anything once I have purchased my match pass?
No, once you purchase a match pass it will automatically activate on your account. You will NOT receive a voucher when you purchase a match pass.
Watching the Live Stream
How can I watch the stream?
Once you have purchased a match or annual/monthly pass you can watch the stream by CLICKING HERE. On the day of the match, the stream will go live around one hour before kick-off.
The link for the stream will be on the QPR homepage on the day of the match.
How can I watch the stream and on what devices?
Fans will be able to watch the matches live in two ways.
- Using a PC or Laptop: The live stream will be available on the qpr.co.uk homepage on matchday. To access it, click on the box that says ‘Live Stream’ and login to the account that you activated your QPR+ voucher on/purchased your match pass on. Alternatively, you can also view HERE.
- Using a smartphone or tablet: Mobile/tablet users can also use qpr.co.uk to watch live streams but we would recommend using the QPR App. You can download the QPR App for free on Apple or Android mobile/tablet devices. Head to the 'Matches & Tickets' section on the bottom menu and press the 'Watch' button from around 30 minutes before kick-off to watch. Make sure you are logged into the QPR App before trying to watch.
What page do I need to visit to watch the stream on a matchday?
Once you have bought your match or annual/monthly pass you can watch the stream by CLICKING HERE. On the day of the match, the stream will go live around one hour before kick-off.
Please note, you MUST have a valid match or annual/monthly pass in order for the stream to play.
Can I watch on multiple devices at once?
No, supporters can only login and use their QPR Club Account on one device at a time.
Can I watch the stream through my television?
The streams will only be available through www.qpr.co.uk and the QPR App (mobile/tablet users). Some fans may be able to connect their internet browsers to their televisions but this is down to fans to organise. Chromecasting is currently against EFL regulations.
Can I view the stream on mobile data or do I need Wi-Fi?
Yes, the stream will work on both mobile data (3G/4G) and Wi-Fi. Please note, if you are using Wi-Fi then you will need a download speed of at least 2mbps in order for the stream to play smoothly. Similarly, you will need strong mobile data for the stream to play smoothly.
Why can't I watch Saturday fixtures live on QPR+?
Live broadcast or streaming of EFL matches domestically is prohibited between the hours of 2:45pm-5:15pm on Saturday afternoons.
Live commentary is available worldwide, however - including the UK and Ireland.
EFL clubs also have the right to live-stream midweek matches on iFollow or a club equivalent service - QPR+ in our case.
I am a QPR+ live audio commentary subscriber. Will I have access to the stream?
If you are a QPR+ live audio commentary subscriber then you can access live audio commentary as normal. You will need to purchase match passes HERE to watch games.
Are there minimum requirements for my devices?
If you want to browse the stream on a computer or laptop on www.qpr.co.uk, your device needs to comply with the following minimum system requirements:
- Processor: 2.33GHz or faster x86-compatible processor, or Intel® Atom™ 1.6GHz or faster processor for netbooks
- Memory: 2GB (1GB for netbooks) 128MB of graphics memory
- Operating Systems: Windows 8.1 or later, Mac 9+
- Browsers: latest versions of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari (Internet Explorer and Opera are not supported for Live Video)
- 512MB of RAM (1GB of RAM recommended for netbooks)
- Mobiles & Tablets Operating Systems: Android 6+, iOS 9+ *some OS may still not be supported by manufacturer
