International R's: QPR trio in action

IT might be the off season for most of the QPR squad currently but three members of Ian Holloway’s first team side are away on international duty currently.

Kicking things off this afternoon will be winger Yeni Ngbakoto whose Congo DR side host Botswana in an international friendly ahead of their African Cup of Nations qualifier against Congo on Thursday.

Meanwhile, midfielder Massimo Luongo is set for a busy June with the Australia involved in at least five matches in the coming weeks.

He starts on Thursday when the Socceroos host Saudi Arabia in a 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier in Adelaide before taking on Brazil next week in a friendly.

Luongo will then head off to Russia for the Confederations Cup for three matches in quick succession against Germany, Cameroon and Chile.

Finally, Polish winger Pawel Wszolek takes on Romania in another World Cup qualifier on 10th June.
