JOSH Scowen has joined Sunderland on a permanent deal for an undisclosed fee.
The 26-year-old midfielder has been at QPR for 2½ years having signed from Barnsley in the summer of 2017.
Scowen made 103 appearances for the R’s during that time, scoring three goals.
His last appearance for the R’s came in our 1-0 win over Leeds United ten days ago when he came on as a second-half substitute.
Sunderland are currently sixth in League One and Scowen could make his debut for the Black Cats on Wednesday evening when they visit Tranmere Rovers.
Everyone at the club would like to thank Josh for his fantastic service during his time in W12 and wishes him every success in the future.
