Keep on running - 60 second laps

SUB-60 second laps were the order of the day for the #RsInPortugal on Thursday.

Split into groups of three, the squad started at different check-points around the two main pitches and were pushed to their maximum over six laps, with a minutes’ recovery time in between each run.

To say it squeezed every bit of energy out of the players would be an understatement, but as has been the case throughout this pre-season trip so far, the lads came through it all with flying colours!
