NATHAN Carlyle started for Concord Rangers on Saturday as they earned a 1-1 draw with Chelmsford City in Vanarama National League South.
The defender played 63 minutes before being substituted and he could come up against fellow Loan Ranger Themis Kefalas on Tuesday night. Concord – who were without Ben Wells on Saturday – are due to take on Billericay Town in midweek.
Kefalas did not feature for Billericay – who beat Braintree Town – at the weekend.
Amrit Bansal-McNulty and Dartford moved into the National League South play-off places on Saturday by winning away at St Albans City. Bansal-McNulty played 73 minutes of the game.
Franklin Domi and Eastbourne Borough saw their match at Tonbridge Angels be postponed on Saturday due to a waterlogged pitch.
Ody Alfa played 90 minutes for Maidenhead United on Saturday but could not prevent them from falling to a 1-0 defeat against Boreham Wood in the National League Premier.
Tyla Dickinson enjoyed an impressive home debut for Northwood on Saturday as they beat Ashford Town 2-1 in the BetVictor Isthmian League South Central league.
In the same division, Shiloh Remy played 90 minutes for Waltham Abbey, who beat FC Romania 4-1.
Seny Dieng kept a clean sheet as Doncaster Rovers earned a 1-0 win away at Milton Keynes Dons in Sky Bet League One on Saturday. The three points lifted Rovers up to ninth in the league table.
Also in League One, Paul Smyth’s Wycombe Wanderers were not in action over the weekend. Other results saw them slip to eighth.
Up in Scotland, Niko Hamalainen’s Kilmarnock were beaten 1-0 at Hamilton. Hamalainen came on for the final 17 minutes of the match. Dylan Duncan was not involved in Dunfermline Athletic’s 1-0 win over Queen of the South on Saturday.
Deshane Dalling missed Cork City’s 1-0 defeat against St Patrick’s Athletic through suspension on Friday night.
In Germany, FC Koln and Toni Leistner made it three league wins in a row by beating SC Paderborn away from home. Leistner played 90 minutes in the match.
