QPR defender James Perch is set for a prolonged period on the sidelines owing to injury.
Perch dislocated his knee cap in Saturday’s 2-1 victory against Hull City at Loftus Road.
He is now set to be ruled out for a number of months.
QPR boss Ian Holloway told www.qpr.co.uk: “Perchy dislocated his knee cap on Saturday and it popped back in - but he’s now out for a long period of time.
"We're all really devastated for him but he's a strong character and we're all right behind him."
Joel Lynch, meanwhile, is also likely to spend time on the sidelines, albeit for a shorter period, owing to a hamstring injury.
