Request your free QPR+ access before 5pm on Sunday

QPR supporters who wish to waive their right to a pro-rata refund on their 2019/20 Season Ticket in exchange for free access to the club’s online streaming service, QPR+, must reply to the below survey before 5pm on Sunday 14th June.

Season ticket holders can watch the club’s nine remaining Sky Bet Championship matches – both home and away games – live on QPR+.

Due to expected high demand, the club will require one-weeks’ notice to process your request in time for the Barnsley match on Saturday 20th June.

Season ticket holders who request free access to QPR+ after 5pm on Sunday 14th June, will not receive their promotional code in time for the Barnsley game. If you request it before 5pm on Sunday 21st June you will receive access in time for the Charlton match on Saturday 27th June.

All season ticket holders should complete the below survey by selecting one of the available options.

Season Ticket holders who have already completed the survey do not need to submit their choice again. Further information will be provided to them in due course.

Option 1

If you choose to waive your right to a pro-rata refund on your Season Ticket, you will be given free access to the QPR+ live match stream for all nine remaining fixtures of the 2019/20 campaign.

Option 2

A pro-rata credit to your QPR Cash account. This will equate to 4/23 of your Season Ticket purchase price and can be redeemed next season.

Option 3

A pro-rata cash refund. This will equate to 4/23 of your Season Ticket purchase price.

QPR CEO Lee Hoos said: “I would like to thank supporters for their patience and understanding at what has been an incredibly challenging time.

“We have been truly touched by the number of fans who have made contact saying they do not wish to receive their season ticket refund, and instead want the money to remain with the club as a show of support.

“This has all been a very difficult logistical jigsaw for The EFL to piece together.

“We applaud the Football League Executives for their engagement with Championship clubs since Monday and adjusting the schedule which will make a huge difference to injury prevention.”
