FOLLOWING the Season Update 2020/21 announcement on Tuesday 8th September regarding how fans will return to fixtures at Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium, please find a list of FAQS below:
Why isn’t priority being given to supporters who have held season tickets for many years, or those with a high number of loyalty points?
This issue was deliberated by the club’s management and we also sought the views of the Supporters’ Consultation Committee. After considering all the factors raised the club decided that all current season ticket holders should be given equal opportunity to attend fixtures. This method will allow all Season Ticket holders to see the vast majority of matches.
How does the pro-rata credit which will be released to Season Ticket holders at the end of the 2020/21 season work?
Season Ticket holders will be able to choose how they receive their credit at the end of the season. You will receive 1/23rd of your Season Ticket purchase price in credit for every fixture you are unable to attend due to reduced capacity limitations. The credit can be used against future ticket purchases, in the club shop or be returned directly into your bank account. Please note, if you are successful in the ballot and do not attend that particular fixture, you will not receive a refund for that game.
Why do fans within social bubbles of Season Ticket holders have priority in the ballot scheme?
They won’t be given priority. Supporters in a social bubble will have a greater chance of success due to the increased numbers they have in the ballot but they are not prioritised.
If I attend a fixture, do I lose my QPR+ voucher?
No. Your QPR+ voucher will enable you to watch all home and midweek away league fixtures for free.
Do I need a new QPR+ voucher code for every fixture?
No. The individual QPR+ voucher code you receive will enable you to watch all home and midweek away league fixtures for free.
As a Season Ticket holder, aren’t I having to effectively pay more to watch the QPR+ stream? Wouldn’t it be cheaper to just pay £10 for a match pass?
No. You get the stream for all home and midweek away fixtures free, and you get 1/23rd of your Season Ticket purchase price refunded to you for every match you are unable to attend due to reduced capacity limitations.
Will my QPR+ voucher code from the end of 2019/20 work for this season?
No. Season Ticket holders will be sent a new QPR+ voucher code for the 2020/21 season. Supporters who purchased their Season Ticket by 9am on Tuesday 8th September and have a valid email address registered with QPR should now have received their code (if this isn’t the case please contact [email protected]). Any supporter who purchases by 5pm on Thursday 10th September will receive their code later this week. Please activate your voucher HERE in advance of Saturday to ensure you are able to watch the game. If you leave it until 2.30pm on Saturday to check everything is working you are giving Customer Support a very small window to resolve your issues ahead of QPR v Nottingham Forest.
How do I watch weekend away fixtures?
These can be watched via QPR+ by purchasing a match pass for £10 per fixture. These can be purchased closer to the fixture date HERE.
As Season Tickets are only on sale until 2nd October, does that mean I can’t renew my Season Ticket after this date?
Season Tickets will only go back on sale after 2nd October if we are permitted to have a greater number of supporters in the stadium.
