Supporter behaviour

THE club would like to thank our supporters for the incredible backing you have shown to the team this season following your long-awaited return to football stadia.

The pandemic certainly highlighted that football without fans isn’t the game we all know and love.

However, we must re-emphasise to supporters that entering the field of play is an arrestable offence under the Football (Offences) Act 1991.

The club can also be held accountable by the EFL or FA and incur a fine.

On Tuesday evening during - and following - our Carabao Cup victory against Everton, 13 supporters were arrested for pitch incursions.

The club will be taking firm action against all those involved. They will be prosecuted and may be subjected to a Football Banning Order of up to five years.  In addition, they will also be facing a club ban.

Regardless of age, all fans must adhere to ground regulations.

Please be aware, any individual who enters the field of play or throws objects within the stadium will face prosecution. It will not be tolerated by the club.

As we enjoy the return of fans, please refrain from such activities.

Thank you for your continued support.
