ONLY supporters in EFL Dark Market countries will be able to watch Friday’s Sky Bet Championship fixture against Coventry City live on QPR+.
As the game has been selected for live coverage by Sky Sports, the club are not permitted to sell QPR+ match passes in any country that is covered by the EFL’s global television deal. This includes the UK & Ireland, meaning that UK and Ireland-based supporters will not be able to purchase a match pass for Friday’s game.
Season ticket holders will also NOT be able to watch Friday’s game live on QPR+. The new flexible agreement between the EFL and Sky Sports permits the club to offer season ticket holders free QPR+ access to all ‘home’ matches and ‘midweek away’ matches but not ‘weekend away’ matches.
Despite the game being moved to Friday evening, the EFL still class the Coventry match as a ‘weekend away’ fixture.
Fans in an EFL Dark Market country can purchase a match pass for the fixture by CLICKING HERE. Match passes are priced at £7, with the price being decided by the EFL.
QPR+ overseas video subscribers will be able to tune into live audio commentary of the fixture and worldwide audio subscribers will be able to listen as they normally would.
Next weekend's home fixture against Middlesbrough – on Saturday 26th September – will be available for fans to watch worldwide on QPR+.
