QPR visited the Peter Pan and Wendy children's wards at Hillingdon Hospital on Monday afternoon.
The Rangers team helped spread some festive cheer to the children and their families currently receiving treatment.
Members of the R’s squad spent time with the children handing out gifts, talking to their parents and posing for pictures with staff.
The poorly youngsters, many of whom will spend Christmas at Hospital, met the likes of Josh Scowen, Massimo Luongo and Luke Freeman.
“It’s an important thing to do at this time of year,” admitted QPR defender Grant Hall. “It always puts things into perspective.
“If by doing something like this we can put a smile on one child’s face then it has been worthwhile afternoon.
“It amazes me, despite what some of the kids are going through, how good spirits they were all in and it was great to hand out some gifts.”
