QPR in the Community Trust were thrilled to open the doors to Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium for our Down's syndrome side, the QPR Tiger Cubs, and our para-football team.
Following the conclusion of the 2021/22 campaign, many of our Trust projects have graced the famous W12 turf, with the Cubs and para-footballers welcomed for a unique training session in west London.
This of course comes following the success of the 12th edition of our popular Tiger Feet walk, which saw many supporters and QPR staff members walking from Fulham's Craven Cottage to W12 - all in aid of our Cubs.
The para-footballers have also been busy competing in their Middlesex County Pan-Disability League.
Speaking about the season, QPR Trust's inclusive projects officer Connor Bagenal told www.qpr.co.uk: “After a fantastic year for both our Tiger Cubs and para-footballers, it was a fantastic way to end it with a training session at Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium.
"Days like this show how special these two programmes are, as well as the impact they can have on not just the participants - but the families as well.
"Throughout the season the Tiger Cubs have been busy, initially with their involvement in the first team photoshoot, then our exclusive visit to Hamley's Toy Store at Christmas and more recently our annual Tiger Feet walk. Today was a great way to round this all off and shows how vital all our fundraising has been this year.
"Our para-footballers have also been busy battling it out in the Middlesex County Pan-Disability League. So, a training session on the first-team pitch is well deserved after all their hard work."

A memorable afternoon in W12

All smiles from the R's

The celebrations are out in full force

That feeling of scoring a goal at the Loft End

What a strike, Dean

Let's do this

Our para-footballers also joined the Cubs on the pitch

A big grin

A great way to celebrate a busy year

Even some parents joined in for some pitch fun
