Safer Internet Day 2021

QPR in the Community Trust are proud to partner up with the UK Safer Internet Centre, as we aim to raise awareness of the dangers of the Internet.

As a result, we are keen to recognise this year's Safer Internet Day 2021.

This year Tuesday 9th of February has been affectionately known as Safer Internet Day 2021, to help inspire a national conversation about using technology responsibly, respectfully, critically and creatively.

Coordinated in the UK by the UK Safer Internet Centre, the celebration sees thousands of organisations just like QPR in the Community Trust are helping to promote the safe, responsible and positive use of digital technology among children and young people.

Safer Internet Day 20201 celebrates the amazing range of information and opportunities which are now available online and its potential to inform and connect individuals. Whilst looking at the potential dangers that this platform can also possess.

So, head over to our social media platforms and use the #SaferInternetDay to help get the conversations started, or head to www.saferinternetday.org.uk for more information.
