ONCE again QPR are proud to announce that a number of our first team players have become official ambassadors for QPR Trust.
Geoff Cameron, Seny Dieng, Ilias Chair, Albert Adomah, Osman Kakay, Dominic Ball and Dillon De Silva have all pledged their support to the club’s charitable arm.
Cameron, Chair and Ball are taking up their ambassadorial roles for the second year in a row, once again highlighting the R’s commitment to the local community.
Andy Evans, CEO of QPR Trust, told www.qpr.co.uk: “To once again have the support of the first team is hugely important to us as a trust.
“Throughout the last 12 months, QPR as a whole have come together and shown the key values which make us as a club very special and the players have played their role in that.
“I am immensely proud that they feel this way about the Trust and would like to say a heartfelt thank you to Geoff, Seny, Ilias, Albert, Dominic, Dillon and Osman.”
The players will be providing support across a variety of areas, which include equality, food poverty, education, health and well-being.
QPR CEO Lee Hoos added: “This is another fantastic gesture from the players.
“Throughout this difficult year, our squad have helped out in whatever way they can but these guys once again go beyond what they are expected to do.
“They continually put themselves forward to show how much they care for our club, for the community we are in and the wellbeing of those in our locality.
“I hope that our supporters feel proud of the players who represent our club.”
