LAST week was yet another positive one for QPR’s official eSports team – who still find themselves in a healthy position in all of the competitions they’re currently competing in.
Virtual Pro Gaming Season 13 is now well underway. The R's compete in both the English Premier (tier one) as well as Premier South, the second tier of a Europe-wide super league.
On the domestic front, the week began with a 1-1 draw versus Cute Menschen, prior to a 5-2 demolition of Tranmere Rovers and 3-0 success over Salford City Esports.
At the end of week three, the R's sat fourth in the English Premier - second in Premier South.
In Premier South, Rangers came away with a feeling that they'd drawn too many fixtures.
Things kicked off with a 2-2 draw with Eclezya, before the team brushed Sivasspor aside by four goals to nil.
After another 4-0 win, this time over IFS Esports, a second 2-2 draw followed - against VIVA FIFA.
The week finished with 1-1 draws against Team GOA and Banditos.
Rangers are also through to the knockout stages of the Europe Pro Cup - a Europe-wide cup competition.
With 128 teams remaining, a tie against Brosko FC awaits the R's.
Virtual Pro Gaming is a competitive virtual eSports hub for the FIFA franchise. QPR’s eSports team currently compete across Europe on the PlayStation 4 version of FIFA 21.
