Preferred managerial style
Attacking – Wilder’s side often play fast-tempo, quick attacking football. They go forward usually whatever the situation in the match and rarely sit on a lead, preferring to increase it.

Formation and tactical approach
Wilder has found success at Sheffield United playing a 3-5-2 formation. This allows him to keep two up top and control possession in midfield with gifted players on the ball. They get their width from the wing-back areas with both the right and left side usually focused on attacking. At least one of their centre-backs will try and bring the ball out from the defence.
Last game and performance
Sheffield United have played one game more than the R's following their midweek defeat against Middlesbrough. The Blades went down 3-0 at the Riverside thanks to goals from Martin Braithwaite, Aden Flint and Stewart Downing in the first half. It's likely following back-to-back defeats that Wilder will consider shuffling his pack against QPR this weekend.
John Fleck – Has been the heartbeat of the side for two years now. Drives United on and keeps hold of the ball in the tightest of situations.
One to Watch
Ben Woodburn – Exciting young prospect on loan from Liverpool, the 18-year-old is highly rated for his dribbling, vision and composed finishing.
