2020/21 season ticket credit & refund information

WITH QPR's 2021/22 season ticket renewal window approaching, 2020/21 season ticket pro-rata credit has now been uploaded to the ticketing accounts of the lead supporter.

As advertised at the start of the campaign, 2020/21 season ticket holders will be able to offset their pro-rata credit accumulated from the current season against their 2021/22 season ticket.

This option will appear once you have added your seat to your basket and proceed to the checkout page. When selecting your method of payment, you will see the option to use any of your credit against your season ticket purchase with the remainder to be paid by card or the direct debit scheme.

2020/21 lead client season ticket holders are advised to sign in to www.qpr.co.uk using the login details associated to their season ticket, visit their linked ticketing account to check their account balance on the right-hand side of the page and make sure there are no discrepancies.

Please note, if a supporter has purchased more than one season ticket, the credit for all the season ticket holders has been assigned to the lead supporter account.

2020/21 season ticket holders received access to live streaming of all home and midweek away fixtures with their existing QPR+ voucher. As previously communicated, this access was chargeable at £10 per fixture and has been deducted for the 27 (27x£10) fixtures available from their balance or credit.

Season ticket holders were not charged for our live streams against Nottingham Forest and Middlesbrough at the start of the season.

Season ticket holders whose price category is less than £270 (the value of 27 live streams) were only able to access live streams up to the value of their season ticket (i.e. £225 = 23 live streams).

In addition, we were able to welcome fans back to Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium for our December fixtures against Reading and Stoke City. Supporters who purchased and attended these fixtures will also have the pro-rata price of their season ticket deducted from their credit.

Supporters who would like to request a refund for their accumulated credit will be able to do so after the renewal window has closed. Full details regarding this process will be announced in due course.

As requested by a number of season ticket holders, you will be able to donate your remaining balance to the club. Any unclaimed credit after the refund window has closed will automatically be donated to the club. The club is hugely appreciative to season ticket holders who have already told us they don’t want a refund, but we understand not all supporters are in a position to do this.
