AS WE approach the start of the 2021/22 season, we would like to provide an update to supporters on the digital ticketing procedure and the options available.
Fans who would like to utilise digital ticketing will receive an email with their season ticket(s) attached ahead of the season, with the option to add to your Apple/Android wallet by selecting the relevant icon.
Development work on the QPR App is currently ongoing and in the event this is not ready by the start of the season, mobile wallet access is available regardless.
Season ticket holders who have already registered as a non-digital supporter with the Box Office will have their 2019/20 QPR Pay Card reactivated for stadium access for the 2021/22 season. If a new card is required due to a seat move or price class change a new card will be sent automatically.
New season ticket holders who have purchased a 2021/22 season ticket and were not a season ticket holder in 2019/20 will have a QPR Pay season card sent in the post which will give stadium access for the season.
Any season ticket holder who is unable to access the stadium via the digital provision is advised to contact the Box Office who will reactivate their 2019/20 QPR Pay season card. Supporters are advised to email [email protected] or alternatively call 020 8740 2613 between 10am-5pm on weekdays.
Following the successful implementation of digital ticketing for our fixtures last December, general admission supporters will be able to enter the stadium digitally.
When supporters receive their digital ticketing email, tickets can be added to their Apple/Google Wallet by selecting the relevant icon. Alternatively, supporters have the option to print the attached tickets or can scan the tickets on their mobile/tablet device.
