SUPPORTERS are advised that the Blue price category in Block Y is now sold out for new purchases.
New purchasers who wish to be seated in this area are advised to purchase in another area of the stadium and email [email protected] with their move request.
In the days following the loyalty window deadline on Wednesday 30th June 2021, the Box Office will begin to process move requests via date order subject to availability.
Following the launch of season tickets last month, supporters have secured their seat in the thousands!
Join summer signings Charlie Austin, Sam Field and Jordy de Wijs in W12 for the upcoming season. We are #StrongerTogether and look forward to welcoming you back to Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium once again.
Supporters wishing to purchase their season ticket using our interest-free Direct Debit scheme are required to purchase before 5pm on Tuesday 15th June.
The scheme allows you take advantage of monthly payments, up to a maximum of 10 instalments with the first payment due on Thursday 1st July. Fans are reminded that all 2019/20 and 2020/21 season ticket holders are required to re-register on the scheme for this season as it will NOT automatically be renewed for the 2021/22 season.
Be sure to secure your season ticket during the Loyalty Window and at the best price - the deadline for the Loyalty Window is Wednesday 30th June 2021.
After this date, all unclaimed seats will be released and during the following days the Box Office will process any seat move requests.
Season ticket prices for the 2021/22 season remain frozen for the sixth consecutive season. Prices start from £225 – equating to a pro-rata price of less than £10 a match – making them one of the cheapest in the Sky Bet Championship!
All 2020/21 and 2019/20 season ticket holders can guarantee their seat for the forthcoming campaign if renewed during the Loyalty Window. Last year, all 2019/20 season ticket holders had their seats protected and these can be renewed this year.
The age limit for supporters to qualify for young adult season tickets remains at Under 23 for the 2021/22 season. The senior citizen age band begins at 61 in our gradual and phased increase to meet the state retirement age.
Season ticket holders who are unable to return to the stadium next season are advised to email the Box Office: [email protected].
While Government guidance has stipulated that it is the aim that all restrictions on social contact will cease from June 21st, should this change and we are not permitted to open at full capacity for a specific fixture, supporters may not be guaranteed their own season ticket seats. The club will offer a pro-rata refund to season ticket holders who are not successful in attending these fixtures based on 1/23rd of the total value of their season ticket.
Please note, season ticket general on-sale dates will be released in due course and will be subject to availability.
Season ticket holders will once again be able to take advantage of the QPR Pay scheme, which is our successful, fully integrated real-time payment, stadium access and loyalty solution.
Other key benefits include:
- All supporters can take advantage of significant savings by purchasing a season ticket during the Loyalty Window period
- Supporters will automatically be enrolled into the QPR Cash loyalty scheme. The earlier supporters purchase their season ticket, the more QPR Cash they will receive
- A range of discounts and offers at the QPR Superstore and local businesses. The full lists of available benefits can be found HERE
After the successful implementation of digital ticketing for our reduced-capacity home matches last December, our general admission ticketing process is now fully digital.
Season ticket holders will no longer receive a physical season card so supporters will be required to enter the stadium by using their Apple/Google Wallet or the QPR App. Instructions on how to do this will be sent to season ticket holders ahead of the season.
Season Ticket Pro-Rata Credit
2020/21 season ticket holders are able to offset their pro-rata credit accumulated during the 2020/21 season against their season ticket renewal which is available at checkout. Please note, if a supporter has purchased more than one season ticket, the credit for all the season ticket holders has been assigned to the lead supporter account. Supporters who would like to request a refund for their accumulated credit will be able to do so after the renewal window has closed.
As requested by a number of season ticket holders, you will be able to donate your remaining balance to the club. Any unclaimed credit after the refund window has closed will automatically be donated to the club. The club is hugely appreciative to season ticket holders who have already told us they don’t want a refund, but we understand not all supporters are in a position to do this. Further information regarding this process will be announced in due course but full details regarding ticketing credit can be found HERE.
Direct Debit Scheme
Supporters can take advantage of our interest-free Direct Debit option through monthly payments, up to a maximum of 10 instalments, when they renew before 5pm on Tuesday 15th June – with the first payment due on Thursday 1st July 2021.
Please note, all supporters are required to register onto the Direct Debit scheme for the 2021/22 season. To confirm, season ticket holders enrolled onto the Direct Debit scheme for the 2019/20 and 2020/21 seasons will NOT have their season ticket automatically renewed and will need to register again.
Following the launch of 2021/22 season tickets, CEO Lee Hoos has a message for all our supporters...
There is always a sense of excitement ahead of a new season but I think the level of anticipation for 2021/22 across football is unprecedented.
As the proud CEO of this football club, my primary aim when COVID hit was very blunt – make sure the club exists at the end of it and do everything I can to avoid the need for redundancies within the business.
Both targets were achieved by everyone playing their part – the owners, the staff, the players and you, the supporters.
COVID has had a terrible - and in some cases lifelong - impact on us all but if any benefit has come from the pandemic it’s that it has brought us all closer together.
If anyone had any doubts about the importance of fans to football, COVID has taken those doubts away.
Your presence in the stands is critical. Critical to the atmosphere, critical to the spectacle, critical to the club and critical to the players.
Without you, this club – and indeed this sport – is nothing.
We sincerely hope to see you back at Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium in 2021/22.
