NIKO Hämäläinen's UEFA 2019 European Championship qualification hopes took a dent following a 5-0 defeat against Denmark on Tuesday evening.
The QPR left-back played the full 90 minutes for Finland in Helsinki as they were downed by a rampant Denmark side.
Finland found themselves 2-0 down at half-time thanks to a double from Robert Skov before the Silkeborg IF midfielder completed his hat trick shortly after the restart.
Mikel Duelund then made it 4-0 before Marcus Ingvartsen added a fifth six minutes from time to complete the Danes comfortable win.
Defeat leaves Finland second from bottom after three matches in Group 3 as they bid to qualify for the finals in Italy and San Marino in two-years time.
Qualification continues in November when Hämäläinen heads to Georgia.
