Themis Kefalas extends QPR contract

YOUNGSTER Themis Kefalas has extended his QPR contract until the end of the 2019/20 season.

Greek-born Kefalas – a talented defender – joined Rangers in 2018 following a successful trial and his existing QPR deal was due to expire at the end of December.

Kefalas has spent the last month on loan at National League South club Billericay Town, alongside R’s teammate Ody Alfa.

The duo recently helped Billericay to reach the first-round proper of the Emirates FA Cup, beating National League Premier side Sutton United in a replay.

Billericay will now face Sky Bet League Two leaders Forest Green Rovers in the first round this weekend and Kefalas and Alfa could both feature in the match.

Kefalas and Alfa have both extended their loan deals at Billericay until December 7th.
