GRANT Hall arrived at Loftus Road from Tottenham Hotspur, but it was with his home-town team Brighton & Hove Albion that he made his professional debut. Born in Brighton, Hall joined the Seagulls as a scholar in October 2009.
He made his debut - and the only appearance - for Brighton against Southampton in January 2012, before joining Spurs later that summer.
He captained the Lilywhites' Under-21 team in the latter stages of the 2012/13 campaign and wore the armband in the Barclays Under-21 Premier League play-off final at Old Trafford. He made 19 appearances in that competition during that campaign.
He previously impressed in a loan spell at League One Swindon Town in 2013/14, making 34 appearances for the Robins, including 27 starts.
Hall joined the R’s on the eve of the 2015/16 season and went on to have a stellar campaign, featuring 42 times and winning the clubs Supporters’ Player of the Year award.
He played 36 games during 2016/17, fluctuating between a holding midfielder and central defender.
Unfortunately, the following year was not a memorable one for Hall who spent most of the season on the sidelines with tendonitis in the knee.
Hall started the 2019/20 campaign as Rangers captain and he bagged the first QPR at the newly-renamed Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium in August 2019, heading home against Huddersfield Town.
