THE QPR Club Account enables supporters to use one set of login details across all our online services.
As part of this process, fans are required to create a new QPR Club Account and then link any old ‘eticketing’ and online shop accounts to this new account.
Fans are urged to to complete this one-time process as soon as possible to continue to purchase tickets, keep their loyalty balance and buy merchandise.

Create Account
By creating your QPR Club Account you will now be able to access all online services using the same single login.
Even if you have previously created a ticketing or shop account prior to September 1st 2017, you will have to complete this process to continue purchasing tickets or merchandise.
It is important that you use the same email address for this process that you’d previously registered on the ticketing site. If you are unsure what this is, or if you would like to update that email address prior to starting this process, then email [email protected].
Click on Login/Register to create your new QPR Club Account
Select Create Account to begin the process
Enter your name, email address and password before hitting CONTINUE
You will be sent an email instantly to verify your email address
Login to your email account and activate your QPR Club Account
A confirmation message will be displayed, stating your QPR Club Account is activated
Update Profile
Please update your profile, completing all fields, to ensure we have the latest contact information for you.
Once logged in, select 'My Profile' from the dropdown menu before hitting 'Update Profile'
Once contact details have been updated, click 'CONTINUE' to save them
Link Accounts
You will require your Client Reference Number for this section to ensure that your ticketing purchasing history and Loyalty Points are transferred over.
You can find this on previous ticket communications from the Box Office. If you are still unsure what this is, please email [email protected] for confirmation.
To link accounts, click on ‘Linked Accounts’ within your profile section
In ‘Linked Accounts’, select ‘Ticketing’ and follow the steps to link your ticketing account
Fill in your Client Reference Number before selecting ‘Link Account’ to complete the linking process
