Hoops Membership Frequently Asked Questions

When do memberships for the 2021/22 season go on sale?

Memberships will be available to purchase from July 8th 2021.

How many memberships can I purchase?

Supporters are advised there is a limit of one membership per Client Reference Number.

Will I receive a new application form for a 2021/22 membership in the post?

Like last season, the membership process is paperless, so fans will not be sent a renewal pack in the post this year.

If you do not have access to the internet, please call the QPR Box Office on 020 8740 2613 during normal office opening hours.

How much are 2021/22 memberships?

How can I pay for my membership?

Memberships can be paid for by Credit/Debit card (Amex and Diners not accepted) or our auto-renew Direct Debit scheme. Supporters who purchase their membership through our Direct Debit finance option will be automatically renewed each season. 2020/21 members who opted into our Direct Debit finance option will have their membership automatically renewed, with payment being taken on Friday 22nd July 2021. Supporters who do not wish for their membership to automatically renew for the 2022/23 season must inform Queens Park Rangers Football Club before May 20th 2022. Please keep up-to-date on the QPR website for full details regarding opening hours and government guidance as the situation is ever-changing.

Can I renew my membership online?

Yes, you can. Supporters can renew by signing into your QPR linked ticketing account at www.qpr.co.uk. Supporters will be required to login under the details associated to their QPR account. Please note, any supporters wishing to renew/purchase memberships for supporters who are not in their network will need to add the Client Reference Number and surname of each supporter to their network to be able to purchase in one transaction.

The Fan Network can be found by clicking on your account in the top right-hand corner of the page when logged in and the tab 'Network' will appear on the right-hand side.

What are the date-of-birth cut-off dates for junior memberships?

Can I cancel my membership?

The QPR Box Office does not offer refunds on memberships.

When will I receive my membership card?

Please note, supporters will NOT receive a new QPR Pay/Membership card if you RENEW for the 2021/22 season. Adult members who utilise the QPR Pay functionality are required to retain their existing QPR Pay card. Junior Hoops will also NOT receive a new membership card unless there is a change in your membership status (i.e. junior to adult). If there is no change then the existing card will be retained.

Can I collect my membership card from the QPR Box Office?

Membership cards are sent from an external mailing house and therefore unable to be collected from the QPR Box Office.

Members Only Area

Supporters are advised the Loftus Road Upper Stand is only available to current members and season ticket holders.

Can I purchase an International Digital Plus Membership?

The International Digital Plus Membership is not available this season. Overseas supporters are advised to purchase an annual QPR+ subscription and International Adult Membership to receive all benefits.

What is the Family Stand Policy?

The Family Stand Policy states:

The designated Family Stand area is for groups with juniors and young adults. If there are occasions when a young adult (U23), junior (U18) or kid (U8) within a group of season ticket holders is unable to attend, the accompanying adults holding valid tickets will be permitted entry.

For all home matches in the 2021/22 season, if a young adult (U23), junior (U18) or kid (U8) season ticket holder is unable to attend a match their ticket can be upgraded a maximum of five times to an adult ticket and the group of adults will be allowed to remain in the Family Stand. Supporters will be charged the difference between the per-match cost breakdown of the season ticket and a full-price match ticket for the relevant price category. To do this, please call Box Office Customer Services on 020 8740 2613 (10am-5pm Monday to Friday). 

The club offers free and heavily-discounted tickets to juniors to encourage them to attend QPR matches. If junior tickets are consistently not being used or are being upgraded to adult tickets the club reserves the right to relocate the group out of the designated family and junior area to a more appropriate area.

Any adult attempting to access the Family Stand using a young adult (U23), junior (U18) or kid (U8) season ticket will be dealt with under the stadium rules of entry.

If you experience any behaviour that you feel is unacceptable in the Family Stand or indeed any other area of the stadium on a matchday, please send an SMS to the club’s confidential operations number on 07557 435 421, including as much information about the issue (e.g. seat details) as possible.    

What can I use my Loyalty Points for?

High-demand away matches with limited availability will be sold in a series of pre-sales based on Loyalty Points. The higher number of Loyalty Points you have will give you an advantage over fans who are not members.

Do I receive QPR Cash for purchasing a membership?

Yes, Hoops Members are eligible for QPR Cash. Supporters can earn QPR Cash on purchases made within the club.

Membership for Disabled Supporters:

How much are memberships for disabled supporters?

Ambulant and disabled supporters looking to purchase tickets with their membership are advised to purchase the full adult or junior membership. Please click HERE.

To be eligible for disabled matchday prices and to qualify for a free personal assistant ticket if required, supporters must be able to provide ‘proof of disability’ to the QPR Box Office, such as evidence that the supporter is in receipt of Disability Living Allowance of the middle or higher rate for either component. Money-can’t-buy experiences:

What are money-can’t-buy experiences?

Introduced in previous seasons, members can win a money-can’t-buy experience through monthly draws that the club will conduct. Prizes will include but not be limited to:

  • Premium seat experience
  • Virtual player calls
  • Flag bearer before the game (juniors only)
  • Official team photo
  • Become a matchday reporter – home games 

Last season I supplied the QPR Box Office with my Proof of Disability Paperwork from the DWP. Do I need to send this again in order to receive the Disabled/Ambulant concession price and a free carer for the 2021/22 season?
