When do half-season tickets for the 2021/22 season go on sale?

Half-season tickets are now on general sale.

How many season tickets can I purchase?

Supporters will be able to purchase up to six per transaction. Please note, each seat needs to a different individual supporter.

What matches are included in the 2021/22 half-season ticket?

The final 10 home EFL Championship fixtures from West Bromwich Albion in January onwards.

How can I pay for my 10-game package season ticket?

10-game packages can be paid for in cash (in person only) or by credit/debit card.

My seat is classed as Restricted View. Will I get a discount?

No, if you choose a restricted view seat when there are normal view seats still available, no discount applies.

What are the cut-off dates for each age band?

  • Kids must be under 8 on August 1st 2021 (born on or after 01/08/2013) and they must be accompanied by a full-paying adult. Please note that Kids U8 season tickets are limited.
  • Juniors must be under 18 on August 1st 2021 (born on or after 01/08/2003)
  • Young Adult Under 23s must be under 23 on August 1st 2021 (born on or after 01/08/1998)
  • Seniors must be over 61 on August 1st 2021 (born on or before 01/08/1960)

Please note that proof of age in the form of a photocopy of the supporter's birth certificate or passport is required by the QPR Box Office for all new concession season tickets.

Can I cancel my season ticket?

The QPR Box Office does not generally offer refunds on season ticket purchases. However, if you wish to be considered for a refund prior to the start of the 10-game package season ticket 2021/22, you must send a request in writing to the QPR Box Office via post or email [email protected] and each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that season tickets cannot be cancelled after the 10-game package season ticket 2021/22 has commenced.

When will I receive my season ticket card?

All season tickets will be processed and delivered within 10 working days of purchase. Any supporters who do not receive their new QPR Pay season card by December 21st should contact customer services on 020 8740 2613 (10am-5pm Monday to Friday).

Can I collect my season ticket card from the QPR Box Office?

2021/22 season cards will be sent from an external mailing house and therefore are unable to be collected from the QPR Box Office. Any supporters who do not receive their new QPR Pay season card by December 21st should contact customer services on 020 8740 2613 (10am-5pm Monday to Friday).

Can I purchase a 10-game package season ticket as a present?

Supporters are able to purchase a season ticket but please note that due to the QPR Pay scheme, the card will need to be processed and dispatched to the season ticket holder.

Before I go-ahead with my 10-game package season ticket purchase, is it possible to go into the stands to see the view from my exact seat?

Please call the Box Office customer service line on 020 8740 2613 to arrange a suitable date and time to view your seat.

What is the Family Stand policy?

The Family Stand Policy states:

'Our Family Stand quotas are those advertised as ‘Family Package’, if you require anything outside these quotas please contact the Box Office to discuss your requirements.

The designated Family Stand area is designated for groups with juniors and young adults. If there are occasions when a Young Adult Under 23, Junior U18 or Kid U8 within a group of season ticket holders is unable to attend, the accompanying adults holding valid tickets will be permitted entry.

For all home matches in the 2021/22 season, if a Young Adult Under 23, Junior U18 or Kid U8 season ticket holder is unable to attend a match their ticket can be upgraded a maximum of five times to an adult ticket and the group of adults will be allowed to remain in the Family Stand. Supporters will be charged the difference between the per-match cost breakdown of the season ticket and a full-price match ticket for the relevant price category. To do this, please call Box Office customer services on 020 8740 2613 (10am-5pm Monday to Friday).

The club offers free and heavily-discounted tickets to juniors to encourage them to attend QPR. If junior tickets are consistently not being used or are being upgraded to adult tickets the club reserves the right to relocate the group out of the designated family and junior area to a more appropriate area.

Any adult attempting to access the Family Stand using a Young Adult Under 23, Junior U18 or Kids U8 season ticket will be dealt with under the stadium rules of entry.

If you experience any behaviour that you feel is unacceptable in the Family Stand or indeed any other area of the stadium on a matchday, please send an SMS to the club’s confidential operations number 07557 435 421, including as much information about the issue (e.g. seat details) as possible.'

I have a Kids U8 season ticket. What happens if the U8 can’t attend a home game?

Accompanying adults are encouraged to advise the QPR Box Office if the U8 will not be attending a fixture, so they can make the seat available to other fans.

The club offers free U8 season tickets to encourage children to attend. If an U8 season ticket is not regularly used by the junior holder or made available to the QPR Box Office for at least three consecutive matches the accompanying adult will be contacted to discuss the use of the ticket. If the seat is not used or made available to the QPR Box Office for a further three consecutive matches, the U8 Season Ticket may be cancelled.

I have a concession season ticket. What happens if I can’t attend a home game?

If you have a concession season ticket, it can be ‘upgraded’ to an adult ticket for a limited number of matches per season. You will be charged the difference between the per-match cost breakdown of the season ticket and a full-price match ticket for the relevant price category. To do this, please call the Box Office customer services line on 020 8740 2613 during normal office opening hours or email [email protected] for further information. Alternatively, you can register and sell your seat via our third-party club partner 'Twickets' HERE. Please note, under 8 and disabled/ambulant tickets with a free carer are NOT available to sell via Twickets.

If I, as an ambulant supporter, am unable to attend a fixture what can I do?

Please contact the Box Office customer service line during as early as possible to upgrade the carer’s ticket to the correct concession on 020 8740 2613.

I have a small child who does not need their own seat. Will they need a season ticket to come in with me to every match?

Yes, due to health and safety reasons, every fan in the stadium must hold a valid ticket.

Can I buy additional match tickets during a members’ pre-sale without the membership?

Yes, you can purchase up to six additional tickets without the membership but you will not receive the membership discount price.

What is the Automatic Home Cup Tie Scheme?

By opting in for the Automatic Home Cup Tie Scheme, you guarantee your season ticket seat for all home cup ties.

When QPR are drawn at home, the QPR Box Office will automatically charge the match ticket price (+£3.50 administration fee) to your credit/debit card and the ticket will be loaded directly onto your season card. Please note, to qualify for this scheme the expiry date on your payment card must be after May 31st 2022.

Should your seat not be available for any home cup tie due to stadium configuration, you will be allocated the best available seat in the same price band in the South Africa Road Stand and will be sent a digital ticket in the post.

Season Ticket Benefits

How many Loyalty Points do I get for being a 10-game package season ticket holder?

All supporters that purchase a season ticket will receive 50 Loyalty Points to add to their 2021/22 total (existing Loyalty Point balances have been rolled over from the 2020/21 season).

What can I use these Loyalty Points for?

For the 2021/22 season, high-demand away matches with limited availability will be sold in a series of pre-sales based on Loyalty Points. The high number of Loyalty Points you receive by becoming a season ticket holder will give you an advantage over fans who are not season ticket holders.

Will we have a seat label for a 10-game package season ticket?

Yes. Supporters who purchase the season ticket will have a personalised seat label installed from the West Brom fixture.

Moving Seats

Can I move my season ticket seat on a game-by-game basis?

You can ‘move’ your season seat to another part of the ground which has the same price category (i.e. Bronze, Silver or Gold) a maximum of five matches per season. To do this, please call the Box Office customer services line on 020 8740 2613 during working hours or email [email protected] for further information.

If I am unhappy with my seat can I chose to permanently move to a new location?

Yes, this will be possible subject to availability. If you wish to upgrade your season ticket to a higher price category, the QPR Box Office will charge you the pro-rata difference.

Ambulant Supporters

How much are season tickets for disabled supporters?

Please note that wheelchair spaces are SOLD OUT. For ambulant prices, please click HERE.

To be eligible for ambulant prices and to qualify for a free personal assistant ticket if required, supporters must be able to provide ‘proof of disability’ to the QPR Box Office, such as evidence that the supporter is in receipt of Disability Living Allowance of the middle or higher rate for either component. Please email [email protected] or call 020 8740 2522 for further information including a full list of accepted proof of disability.

Last season I supplied the QPR Box Office with my Proof of Disability paperwork from the DWP. Do I need to send this again in order to receive the Disabled/Ambulant concession price and a free carer for the 2021/22 season?

Yes, the QPR Box Office needs to receive valid paperwork each season as all supporters' circumstances are subject to change. For a list of the types of proof of disability that the club accepts please email [email protected] or call 020 8740 2522.

Is there a limit on the number of season tickets available for ambulant disabled fans?

No, as long as season tickets are available, ambulant disabled fans will be able to purchase season tickets in the Bronze or Silver areas of the ground.

What happens if the Government limits the capacity during the 2021/22 season?

Should the current guidelines change, and we are not permitted to open at full capacity for a specific fixture, supporters may not be guaranteed their own season ticket seats. The club will offer a pro-rata refund to season ticket holders who are not successful in attending these fixtures based on 1/10th of the total value of their season ticket.
