James Perch will be at the Fan Zone
The R’s face Aston Villa this weekend at Loftus Road, and there are plenty of matchday activities for you to enjoy.
The Family Fan Zone, which is located at the Play Football pitches on South Africa Road, is open from 12pm until 2.30pm. The Big Local White City will be at the Fan Zone offering different activities including a bouncy castle, face painting and much more! Defender James Perch will be in attendance to sign autographs and pose for selfies from approximately 1:30pm, so make sure you visit the Fan Zone on your way to Loftus Road. James will then make his way to the club shop to meet more fans.
Ahead of the game there will be a food collection at three collection points around the ground. We are partnering with Hammersmith & Fulham Foodbank and you are encouraged to bring spare tinned fruit, tinned vegetables, tinned meat, tinned rice pudding, instant mash and powdered milk. Pre-match there will be a presentation on the pitch to our Sportito Player of the Month winners for September and October by a lucky competition winner. Alongside the launch of the ‘Rainbow Rangers’, QPR’s first LGBT supporters group.
At half time, four former QPR players Pat Kerrins, Clive Allen, Ian Dawes and Jan Stejskal will be inducted into The Forever R's Club and presented to the crowd, so please stay in your seats to greet them.
The Matchday Activity Centre is also open to supporters in the Family Stand 90 minutes before the game to entertain supporters with a range of activities. You can challenge your parents or friends to a game of table football or play on the Nintendo Wii.
We look forward to welcoming you to Loftus Road on Saturday.
